Program Description:
Capital city of Nur-Sultan
The Middlebury Russian Program in Kazakhstan offers students the chance to immerse themselves in a Russian-speaking environment outside of Russia. In Astana, the capital city, students will enroll in Middlebury-arranged courses in Russian language and culture. They also have the option to enroll in courses at a local university alongside Kazakh students. Students will live in dormitories, participate in program excursions, and take advantage of all that this modern city has to offer.
